Fair Use Policy

Our "unlimited" tiers are real, but they're backed by a Fair Use Policy that prevents abuse. 99.7% of users will never hit a limit. This page is our honest disclosure of what the 0.3% tail behaviour looks like and how we handle it.

When we say a tier is "unlimited", we mean there is no hard numerical cap published on your invoice. The limits are soft, proportional to typical use, and designed to catch clear abuse — not to surprise honest users.

warningWhat counts as abuse

We reserve the right to investigate and, if necessary, restrict accounts exhibiting any of the following patterns:

gavelHow we handle it

If we detect pattern behaviour that looks like abuse, here is exactly what happens:

  1. Notice: we email the account contact with the specific pattern we observed and a 7-day window to respond.
  2. Dialogue: you explain the context. False positives happen — we treat them as such.
  3. Soft restriction: if abuse is confirmed, we rate-limit or temporarily suspend the offending behaviour while preserving the rest of your account.
  4. Appeal via DAP: if you disagree with our judgement, you can open a dispute through the AGENTIS Dispute Arbitration Protocol. An independent arbitrator reviews.
  5. Final action: only after DAP review do we take permanent account action. This is final and published on-chain.
